You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have written authorization from the owner to sell it.
All vehicle information (year, make, model, mileage, VIN, condition) must be accurate and truthful.
No salvage, flood, or rebuilt-title vehicles may be listed without clear disclosure in the description.
No stolen vehicles. Listing a stolen vehicle is a criminal offense and will be reported to law enforcement.
No bait-and-switch listings. The vehicle described must be the vehicle for sale.
No dealer inventory unless you are a licensed dealer with a valid dealer license number disclosed in the listing.
Contact information must be real and reachable. No burner numbers or disposable emails.
Wanted Bad is not a party to any transaction. All sales are between buyer and seller.
Listings are active for 30 days from the date of payment. Renewal is required after expiration.
Wanted Bad reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without refund.
